We encourage students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Work, Counseling, and Mental Health to apply today!**Pay:** **$20.00 - $25.00 per hour****Bachelor's Degree starting at $22.00/hour****Employee Benefits*** Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases* Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits* Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one* Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training**Job Duties*** Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.* Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.* Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.* 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.**Requirements*** Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, or Related Field* Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school!* Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes* Childcare experience required* Bilingual Spanish is a plus**About****Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group**The Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
