Join us as a Restaurant & Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment. In this active role you’ll oversee all aspects of a center, from guest service and entertainment to food & beverage operations, while helping your team thrive and advance toward a General Manager position.
You’ll spend most of your day on the floor, coordinating multi‑team members, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience at our bowling and entertainment centers across North America.

Continuously hone operational execution by scheduling staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience.
TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY
Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
PARTNER WITH LEAGUES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform administrative duties associated with leagues.
ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
SHOW OFF THOSE MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage their individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES
Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and guest satisfaction. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards.
REMAIN FLEXIBLE
Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, nights, and extended workdays as needed by the center.
DESIRED SKILLS
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Ability to supervise center operations staff.
Strong team‑player mindset.
Exceptional people‑developer abilities.
Customer service professional.
Knowledge of POS register systems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Typical entertainment environment involving walking, bending, standing, and sometimes lifting objects. Some assistance may be required for heavy lifts.
