Located in The Woodlands, Texas, the individual in this role will report to the Division Order Manager and serve as a valued member of the land department team responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of record title ownership division of interest in both billing and revenue decks for oil and gas wells. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 4 years of experience in Division Orders Able to analyze and understand title opinions, land contracts, operating agreements, oil and gas leases, broker reports, curative documents, regulatory documents, conveyances, probate and heirship data, assignments, farmouts, surveys, plats and other various title and legal documents as they relate to the division order function Ability to cure basic and more complex title defects Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, strong internet and document research skills Possess high level of written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills Able to work independently and collaborate with land department and other functional groups within the company Able to effectively communicate on land related topics and serve as first line of communication with external owners Comfortable with fast paced environment; flexibility to work hours as needed to meet deadlines Must be able to establish priorities, handle multiple projects, and obtain results in a performance driven, team-oriented environment Duties Responsibilities

Ensure joint interest and revenue ownership is timely and accurately captured and appropriately communicated within the organization Review title opinions for ownership verification and calculations, obtain curative documentation as needed Calculate and prepare divisions of interest from title opinion and various ownership documents, including complex calculations for horizontal allocation wells Prepare and issue division orders, amended division orders and/or transfer orders Work with revenue accounting to provide direction for the monthly royalties and suspense releases Comply with governmental and regulatory reporting tasks associated with division orders Ensure Ring Energy’s rights are protected as well as contractual obligations are met Maintain and handle ownership changes in timely manner Coordinate ownership support of acquisitions, assignments and maintain files and/or records Correspond with and respond to inquiries from royalty owners, working interest owners, Landman, internal accounting personnel and management Perform other functions/projects pertaining to division orders as needed such as escheat, suspense reviews, assist with audit documentation and various reporting requirements Able to work from headquarters office in The Woodlands Monday through Friday Ring Energy, Inc. offers a highly competitive compensation package complemented by a comprehensive benefits program.
