The ICQA Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory across the warehouse.

Position Overview: The
ICQA Associate
plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory across the warehouse. This individual will be responsible for cycle counts, bin audits, root-cause investigations, inventory adjustments, and quality control checks of inbound and outbound shipments. You’ll work closely with both the warehouse operations team and the customer success team to resolve discrepancies and uphold our commitment to inventory accuracy and fulfillment quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts according to SOPs
Investigate and reconcile inventory variances
Execute bin verifications and location audits
Support root cause analysis for shrinkage, damages, mis-picks, and mis-ships
Perform quality control audits on inbound receipts and outbound orders
Process inventory adjustments and document reasons for changes
Work with leadership to improve inventory workflows and reduce errors
Assist in training warehouse associates on inventory accuracy standards
Maintain detailed logs of findings, resolutions, and trends
Participate in physical inventory and year-end counts
Report inventory trends, damaged items, and recurring issues
Qualifications:
Prior inventory or warehouse experience in a fulfillment or logistics environment preferred
Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., ShipHero, ShipStation, Logiwa) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel for basic data entry and reporting
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Physically able to stand, walk, and lift boxes up to 30 lbs when needed

Timely resolution of discrepancies with proper documentation
Zero critical errors on outbound quality checks
