What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide vision and direction of the product from a patient and user-centered perspective to internal and external stakeholders
Assess new initiatives for strategic fit, return on investment, and prioritize them collaboratively with the senior leadership team
Create and maintain the product roadmap, outlining planned initiatives over time
Plan, communicate, and maintain a 3-year customer-facing roadmap, working cross-functionally with various departments
Establish and report on product management and roadmap delivery KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
At least 3+ years of end-to-end product management experience on both SaaS and mobile platforms
Experience in process improvement and defining customer discovery processes
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Proficient in capacity management and/or project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Domain knowledge in clinical communications, clinical workflows, or provider scheduling
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Pendo
Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master or higher certification
Graduate degree (MBA or MSc)
Technical familiarity with RESTful API architecture or front-end web development languages
