Business Development Specialist - Remote Engagement Compensation and Benefits

Position Summary
The Business Development Specialist (BDS) engages Health Care Professionals in telephone conversations to promote assigned client products, maximize selling potential, and meet program and client objectives. The BDS develops and maintains relationships with HCPs, educating them about product features, benefits, safety, approved indications, and loyalty program platforms to ensure appropriate use. The BDS collaborates with client field-based teams and management and may conduct on-site practice visits for in-services. Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with customers using selling, listening, negotiation, proper terminology, and approved messaging; utilize approved promotional aids. Interactions include targets in regions that may include office staff, injectors, and patients to manage platform participation and maximize platform benefits. Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness. Profile and manage targeted accounts and provide value-added benefits to grow product and platform awareness. Create and implement business plans to achieve goals. Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program. Achieve quarterly client KPIs. Promote client products via telephone (outbound and/or inbound) to engaged targets to achieve individual and company goals. Maintain thorough knowledge of client products, programs, and all platforms. Verify and complete required data entry in Amplity/Client CRM systems, including target responses, call activity, and follow-up actions. Listen and respond to customer needs within program timelines. Partner with client field sales account managers and sales teams to plan account coverage when required. Maintain a positive impression with clients and their customers. Prepare reports for management as needed. Fully comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity policies, code of conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and applicable state and federal laws. Participate in teleconferences and live meetings/trainings; represent clients at national and local conventions when applicable. Other projects assigned. Key Working Relationships
Report to Amplity Performance Manager or Program Director. Collaborate with program team and Amplity support staff. Maintain positive relationships with customers, client contacts, and client business units. Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience. Flexibility to cover multiple time zones. Ability to travel to office sites if needed and to cover all time zones. Successfully pass required Amplity and client training. Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed. Preferred: B2B, Inside Sales experience. Aesthetics experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; professional demeanor and phone manner. Strong focus on providing superior customer support and service. Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex information over the telephone. Strong rapport-building and active listening skills. Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills. High initiative, effort, and commitment to complete projects and assignments. Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology; maintain technical expertise including competitive product knowledge. Self-motivated and disciplined. Good organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with people at all levels inside and outside the company. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Willingness to complete Amplity and client training in full and participate in national/regional meetings and conventions when requested. Must be able to drive to customer offices within the region; valid driver’s license with safe driving record; some regional air travel may be required. Key Performance Competencies
