About The Position
We are looking for a
Quality Specialist
to join the Electronics team, reporting directly to the
Quality Sr. Manager .
Your Responsibilities Will Be
Monitor and analyze product quality metrics to identify trends and root causes of issues. Lead and support quality investigations and corrective actions using problem-solving methodologies (such as 8D, Fishbone, etc.). Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier teams to address customer complaints and ensure rapid resolution. Manage APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities, including PPAP submissions, control plans, FMEA, and inspection standards. Maintain compliance with internal and external quality requirements, including customer-specific standards. Facilitate audits (internal, customer, and third-party) and ensure findings are addressed promptly. Develop and deliver training on quality tools and procedures to plant and engineering staff. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in automotive product quality or related manufacturing environment. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and statistical quality tools. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Other Skills That We Would Welcome
Certifications in Quality Engineering (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar. Experience working with OE customers and IATF 16949 requirements.

Demonstrate Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify quality issues quickly, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions with minimal supervision. Apply Technical Quality Tools: Use industry-standard quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, and statistical analysis confidently to improve product and process quality. Communicate Effectively Across Functions: Collaborate clearly and professionally with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to address quality concerns and ensure alignment on solutions. Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Actively seek opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement by supporting or leading improvement projects. Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Maintain detailed records and ensure all quality processes comply with Marelli requirements.
