Overview This Position reports to: Quality Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support assigned aspects by the Project Manager within planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. The work model for the role is: Onsite.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures, relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
Support the monitoring of performance for the resources allocated to projects.
Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Support (when required) the collection of needs for the cross-functional resources allocated to the projects for their development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution, especially in smaller units.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration related field.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in project coordination or support, preferably within manufacturing of mechanical, electrical or electronic products.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
