Manage day-to-day studio operations and schedule bookings. Oversee studio equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors. Market studio services and attract new clients. Handle client communication and resolve issues timely. Negotiate costs and contract terms on behalf of the studio. Offer tours and creative support for production and design aspects. Report project progress to clients and stakeholders. Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. Collaborate with partners to create products using best practices. Anticipate problems that may impede project completion and implement solutions. Qualifications
Proven experience managing a studio or similar environment. 5-7 years of experience working on-site in a studio. Bachelor’s degree in management, Fine Arts, Design or related field (highly preferred). Experience selling, booking, and coordinating studio sessions to generate revenue. Knowledge of studio equipment and industry relationships. Benefits
