Responsibilities As the FSQA Supervisor, you will oversee the Quality Assurance team, ensuring timely issuance of specifications, labels, and tools aligned with production schedules while maintaining updated procedures and documentation.

Coach and develop QA technicians, conduct audits, analyze non-conformances, verify calibrations, and review GMP compliance to uphold quality, legality, and safety standards across all products and processes.

Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement; maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications Minimum recognized Diploma in a Food related discipline.

Knowledge of American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards preferred.

Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) required.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an automated food processing plant.

Bakery experience preferred.

PCQI Certification preferred.

Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
