Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Pensacola, FL, for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth check-in/check-out processes. Responsibilities also include supervising front desk staff, managing schedules, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with resolving issues to maintain high operating standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills to continuously enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
Front Office Management, Guest Relations, and Hospitality Operations skills
Supervisory experience, including managing team schedules and training
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service expertise
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management systems and scheduling tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
Prior experience in a resort or luxury property setting is preferred
