$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr Be part of a team that prepares fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing rotisserie chicken. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. A friendly smile helps create a great shopping experience. You will be supported to help families have great meals and to offer customers more of what they love, for less.
Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area. Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality products. Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food. Maintain the Sales Floor according to company policies; handle claims and returns, zone areas, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

Be up-to-date on product specifications related to prepared food; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to business needs. Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future productions and seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production decisions and training; adapt to new tools. Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; minimize waste; assist customers per company policies. Model high-quality service; advocate for the department and club; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
