Commodity Manager PCBA

Pay $95-125K annually plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sourcing Manager to develop, implement, and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities such as PCBA, electronic components, LCDs, and plastic injection molding.
Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Work with the Sourcing Manager to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure the best value.
Manage and monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost targets.
Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, tariffs, and geopolitical factors affecting commodity availability and costs.
Develop accurate commodity cost forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in purchasing and use of ERP systems.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing.
Comprehensive understanding of integrated supply chain management including principles, methods, and practices related to procurement.
Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
