Shift Manager
We’re hiring motivated Shift Managers at an independent McDonald’s franchisee.
Role A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
Achieving targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals.
Taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during the shift.
Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production.
Training new team members on critical job functions.
Qualifications
At least one year experience as a manager, preferably in a restaurant or service background.
Excellent references.
A passion for customer service.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
