Shift Manager
This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee.
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
Communicate effectively with crew and the next shift managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
Train new team members on critical job functions.
Qualifications
At least one year experience as a manager, preferably with a restaurant or service background.
Excellent references.
A passion for customer service.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
