Requirements Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. Duties include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, maintaining safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
