Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.
Utilize data to track and achieve performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.
Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid RN license in Michigan with Operating Room experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in surgical procedures and maintaining a sterile environment.
Experience in adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond effectively during surgery.
Strong collaboration skills with surgeons and medical staff.
Ability to evaluate personal performance and improve based on feedback.
Familiarity with data tracking for performance targets.
Willingness to engage in team meetings for patient care strategies.
Experience in onboarding and training new staff members.
