Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
Utilize data to track and achieve performance targets.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff effectively.
Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in California with operating room experience.
Proven ability to maintain a sterile environment during surgical procedures.
Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and latest technologies.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons and medical staff.
Track record of meeting performance targets and achieving results.
Experience in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Willingness to engage in team discussions about patient care strategies.
