Job Responsibilities
Design and implement tailored speech therapy treatment plans based on Speech/Language Pathology principles.
Provide safe and effective patient care, adhering to scope of practice and organizational policies.
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized goals for patients.
Document all clinical findings and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.
Participate in departmental and community projects to enhance rehabilitation services.
Maintain equipment and uphold standards of care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
Montana Speech/Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain within 30 days.
Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience.
Capability to connect to the internet for data exchange.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record if driving is required.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
Work Schedule Day shift, 8 hours. Schedules may vary to meet organizational needs.
