Key Responsibilities
Professional electrical expertise and leadership Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on complex industrial and commercial systems Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation with precision Ensure all work meets NEC and local electrical codes while maintaining the highest safety standards Mentor and train apprentice electricians, sharing knowledge and developing the next generation Qualifications & Experience
Essential credentials and technical expertise Requirements
Current journeyman license required with good standing 4+ years electrical experience Commercial or industrial experience strongly preferred
Strong NEC knowledge Current National Electrical Code understanding
Complete tool set Professional quality tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Motor controls & VFDs Variable frequency drive experience
PLC programming Basic automation and controls knowledge
OSHA 30 certification Advanced safety training preferred
