Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Monitor and optimize mill operations to ensure efficient production and equipment reliability* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues* Lead maintenance planning and execution for mill-related equipment and systems* Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions* Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards**What Are We Looking For*** Strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes and mill operations* Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement* Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels* Proficiency in data analysis and use of engineering tools/software* Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence**Work Environment**

This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. The environment includes exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
