Full Job Description We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for a 2-year industrial project focused on conveyor systems, racking installations, and warehouse electrical work. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with the potential for long‑term employment in a growing industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for conveyor systems, warehouse racking, and industrial equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
Ensure all installations meet national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and milestones.
Perform wiring, conduit bending, and panel installation for warehouse systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in industrial environments.
Follow strict safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Valid Journeyman Electrician license for MN (Eagan).
Years of experience in industrial electrical work, including conveyors and warehouse systems.
Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
Skilled in conduit bending, wiring, and industrial panel installations.
Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary $80,000-$100,000 based on experience.
