Summary
ARC Document Solutions is seeking a
Project Operations Coordinator
to support our Professional Services division. This role is key to managing and organizing construction-related documentation and workflows, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across active projects, archives, and closeout operations. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable using project management tools and construction applications. Responsibilities
Manage and organize construction documents including RFIs, submittals, drawings, specs, and closeouts Track document revisions and maintain current project records Coordinate document control, indexing, and archival processes across multiple projects Support billing, invoicing, and project reporting Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and timely deliverables Use Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and other construction tools for document review and markup Maintain compliance with project standards and documentation requirements Assist with takeoff services and data management workflows as needed What Will Help You Succeed
2–3 years of experience in construction document control or project coordination Strong understanding of document management and version control Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Familiarity with Procore and other construction platforms is a plus BIM or AutoCAD knowledge is encouraged but not required Work Schedule
Full-time position operating on
Pacific Time Zone hours Remote work approved, with preference for
Southern California
candidates who can occasionally attend meetings in
