Posted Monday, June 30, 2025 at 6:00 AM JOB SUMMARY: The Kansas City Chiefs are recruiting talented individuals to provide exceptional service during the 2025 Event Season. Ideal candidates will be energetic, engaging, passionate, personable, proactive, and welcoming. As part of the Kansas City Chiefs Event Staff, you will create valuable and exciting experiences for everyone at Arrowhead Stadium. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Maintain a clean and visually appealing environment for all fans by performing cleaning duties. Restrooms:
Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and replenish supplies. Polish fixtures and fittings. Floors:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other floor maintenance such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing. Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, refrigerators, and replenish break room supplies. Dust:
Dust surfaces as needed. Trash:
Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport waste to disposal areas. Other Duties:
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills. COMPETENCIES: Technical Skills:
Assess strengths and weaknesses; pursue training and development; continuously build knowledge and skills. Motivation:
Demonstrate personal motivation, encourage others, show persistence, and take calculated risks to achieve goals. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Walk, stand, climb, bend forward, kneel, reach, grasp, push, pull, lift, and move objects up to 25 lbs, sometimes over shoulder. Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and arm movements. EXPECTATIONS: Arrive on time for each event and work extra hours when needed. Follow safety policies and procedures, especially when handling chemicals or reporting incidents. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure work is neat, accurate, and thorough. Join the Service Employee’s International Union Local #1 within 30 days of employment. Pass a background check. Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
