Our electrical construction client is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join their Miami team. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating project schedules for high-profile ground-up builds across South Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera and MS Project
Review and compare GC look-ahead schedules, perform time impact assessments
Generate monthly reports on schedule status and performance vs. plan
Integrate change orders and commissioning milestones into baseline schedules
Interface with field and office teams to ensure alignment on project timelines
Requirements
5+ years of experience in construction scheduling (electrical preferred)
Strong communication skills and experience working with GCs, subcontractors, and clients
Skilled in Bluebeam, Excel, Primavera, and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of risk identification and delay analysis
Degree in construction-related field a plus
Salary Range:
$70,000 – $95,000 base + benefits
