Remote in either New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Virginia. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development/Field Sales Representative to promote and grow the market for eufy robotic lawn mowers. In this role, you will visit retail partners to introduce our smart lawn care solutions, negotiate and secure contracts, ensure proper restocking, and provide post-sales support. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with small and independent retail stores to expand market coverage. Proactively prospect and generate leads through store visits, referrals, networking, and local market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and decision-makers to drive sell-in of products. Present and demonstrate products, negotiate pricing and terms, and close new account agreements. Develop and execute territory plans to achieve store acquisition and sales growth targets. Coordinate with marketing to implement localized promotions, point-of-sale materials, and in-store events to support new account sell-through. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, retail trends, and consumer preferences to inform business strategy. Collaborate with internal teams on order processing, delivery scheduling, and after-sales support for new accounts. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems. Represent the company at local trade shows, community events, and retail networking opportunities. Qualifications: 0 to 5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or territory management, ideally within consumer goods or consumer electronics. Proven ability to identify, prospect, and secure new independent retail accounts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build trust with store owners and decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools. Flexible, creative, and able to adapt sales approaches to different retail environments. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology and eager to learn about next-generation AI-driven tools. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
