Location Location : Remote in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Virginia.

Compensation Base pay range:

$59,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr.

Additional compensation types:

Annual Bonus. The base salary range is accompanied by an OTE of up to $144,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, or RSUs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with small and independent retail stores to expand market coverage.

Proactively prospect and generate leads through store visits, referrals, networking, and local market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and decision-makers to drive sell-in of products.

Present and demonstrate products, negotiate pricing and terms, and close new account agreements.

Develop and execute territory plans to achieve store acquisition and sales growth targets.

Coordinate with marketing to implement localized promotions, point-of-sale materials, and in-store events to support new account sell-through.

Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, retail trends, and consumer preferences to inform business strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams on order processing, delivery scheduling, and after-sales support for new accounts.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.

Represent the company at local trade shows, community events, and retail networking opportunities.

Key Qualifications

0 to 5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or territory management, ideally within consumer goods or consumer electronics.

Proven ability to identify, prospect, and secure new independent retail accounts.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build trust with store owners and decision-makers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.

Flexible, creative, and able to adapt sales approaches to different retail environments.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology and eager to learn about next-generation AI-driven tools.

The base salary for this position is between $59,000 to $80,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $144,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
