TS Position Overview and Responsibilities
Red Peak Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq LLC, has a potential opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) I in Blackstone, VA. The PM I will ensure contract performance, supervise site managers, DPM, recruiter, program financial analyst, and the contractor PMO, ensuring quality recruiting, personnel management, and support across various USG facilities and offices. This position is contingent upon contract award. A signed letter of intent may be required. If awarded, a subsequent posting will be available on the company's careers portal. Serve as the main point of contact for all contractor functions related to contract performance. Engage weekly with Contracting Officers and Government Monitors to ensure performance standards. Supervise strategies to mitigate risks and maintain operational continuity. Advise on the technical scope of the contract. Manage human resources objectives, including recruiting, development, and discipline. Review and establish compensation policies and enforce procedures. Ensure accurate reporting, staffing, and contract requirements implementation. Manage planning, scheduling, and organization of contractor personnel. Oversee professional development and training. Ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and fiscal management. Address and correct contractor personnel behaviors that could reflect poorly on the organization. Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Security Administration or related field. At least 15 years of professional experience, including 5 managing large government programs. Minimum 2 years as a senior program manager for government contracts. At least 5 years of leadership experience, including handling diversity, HR, and EEO issues in a government setting. Top Secret Security Clearance. Experience managing contracts over $10 million annually with over 50 personnel. Knowledge of Department of State policies and security operations at U.S. Embassies and Consulates. Proven ability in planning, evaluating, and implementing government programs.
