Role: Technical PO/Business Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Job Description
Lead project management tools in the JIRA C360 landscape.
Write user stories, triage defects, and participate in client calls.
Collaborate with Product Management, TAMs, product owners, and developers to implement features and defect fixes.
Perform scrum master duties to ensure POD deliverables meet SLAs.
Track risk, client temperature, and release metrics across multiple scrum teams.
Provide detailed user stories, data mapping, and API specifications when needed.
Coordinate creation of user manuals, training materials, and other enablement documents.
Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify successes and improvement areas.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of software development experience.
Strong experience in Payments, Banking, and Treasury applications.
5+ years of hands‑on client management, user story, or FSD writing.
Proficiency with Postman, Splunk, Dynatrace, and database tools (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
Strong API specification writing and data mapping skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Business and technical aptitude with a hands‑on approach and a drive to learn and research customer insights, trends, and business challenges.
