: Customer Care Representative Location : Covington, GA Duration : 6 Months Contract Total Hours/week : 20.00 1 st

shift Description: This position works very closely with the Customer Care Supervisors of Order Processing and Sales Support to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the department’s stated goals and quality standards are achieved. This position will be responsible for a multitude of tasks, including: The processing of orders via phone, fax or email, Providing support to the client-UCC Sales & Marketing Teams, and Administrative Duties. The roles of this position will adjust to the needs of the business. Qualifications: Some College preferred. Must have HS Diploma Skilled in the use of personal computers and office software including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to solve basic math equations. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work with and maintain confidential information. Ability to resolve potentially stressful customer interactions. Excellent organizational skills. JDE experience desirable. Demonstrated excellence in the continuous handling of meticulous detail. Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills.
