Extraordinary Projects Need Exceptional Talent DESCRIPTION: A Project Executive’s primary responsibility is to oversee several large projects with direct oversight to project managers associated with projects. Works closely with Estimating during pre-construction. Interfaces with owners, A/E’s, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve constructability and value engineering matters during negotiation and contract execution. Ensures client satisfaction and aligns with Fisk’s policies on safety, quality, and profitability. As a
Project Executive , reporting to the
Operations Manager , you will have the opportunity to: Review owner contracts and ensure compliance Manage the development of master project schedules and quality control programs Identify critical issues and milestones Review and approve budgets and scopes with Preconstruction Department Identify potential additional costs and forecast accordingly Ensure safety is incorporated into planning and execution Manage development of GMP or Lump Sum Contracts Analyze subcontractors' financial ability to perform Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of job cost reports Develop Look-Ahead Schedules Oversee the company’s quality control on the project REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or similar preferred 7+ years experience managing for an electrical subcontractor Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and keyboarding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and construction documents Join Fisk Electric and help us build the future with extraordinary projects and exceptional talent.
