Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.

Translate business goals into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria with clear traceability to business outcomes.

Support backlog prioritization, refinement, and grooming to ensure clarity, alignment, and readiness for development.

Create workflow diagrams, data mappings, and interface requirements for system integrations and vendor platforms.

Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and validate technical approaches

Training & Quality:

Develop and execute manual and functional test cases, ensuring all features meet acceptance criteria.

Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across web, API, and backend systems.

Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal teams and stakeholders.

Track, document, and prioritize defects, verifying resolution before release.

Support release readiness reviews and post‑implementation validation.

Help define QA standards, templates, and reusable test assets to ensure consistency across projects.

Agile/Delivery Support:

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies—weekly status meetings, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Maintain stories, test results, and documentation within Azure DevOps (ADO).

Use ADO boards, dashboards, and queries to track progress and support Agile delivery.

Work collaboratively with distributed and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/QA Analyst in telecom, SaaS, or technology environments.

Demonstrated proficiency in ADO for backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and test case management.

Proven ability to write clear, testable requirements and manage both analysis and testing lifecycle.

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (ADO, Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, etc.) for backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and test case management.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable.

Analytical, structured, and inquisitive — driven to understand and simplify complexity.

Hands‑on and detail‑oriented with a passion for both precision and progress.

A bridge‑builder across business and technical domains.

Quality‑focused, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience with networking technologies (SD‑WAN, VPN, firewalls, cloud infrastructure) or telecom systems (OSS/BSS).

Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and basic SQL for data validation.

Agile or QA certification (CSM, CSPO, ISTQB, or similar).

Background in cross‑functional delivery, vendor integrations, or managed service solutions.
