We are seeking an experienced and driven Audit & Assurance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a
licensed CPA
with strong technical expertise in GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS, and demonstrated leadership in managing assurance engagements. This role involves overseeing audits, reviews, and compilations for a variety of industries, ensuring high-quality client service, and supporting the professional development of staff.
Salary: $160,000-210,000/year
This role is 3 days remote, 2 days onsite weekly
Active CPA required
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion.
Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff and seniors; provide clear direction and performance feedback.
Review financial statements, workpapers, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards.
Ensure engagements are completed within time and budget parameters.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Perform technical research and resolve complex accounting or auditing issues.
Oversee and contribute to the firm’s system of quality management and internal control processes.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
5+ years experience in public accounting
Active CPA required
