What you’ll do at DBH : Complete a health assessment for clients upon entry to CSN Track annual health assessments Initiate and direct implementation of Nursing Care Plan Provide professional nursing care Assist and Coordinate medication monitoring Serves as an interdisciplinary treatment team member Attends case conferences, required meetings, seminars and in-service trainings Responds to request for specialized reports This is an

hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union) , with a pay range of

on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. This position is located at

Mahoning County, Youngstown, Ohio . Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at

Step 1

of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter. Additional Salary / Appointment Information: 3% increase July 1, 2026. Longevity supplement after 5 years of service Requires current license as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Revised Code.
