Provide high-quality speech-language therapy to pediatric and geriatric patients in outpatient settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track patient progress. Mentor and support team members, including Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements. Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest practices in speech therapy. Must-Have Skills
Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology. Strong expertise in pediatric speech therapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and team members. Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans effectively. Willingness to travel locally between clinic locations. Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience mentoring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Familiarity with insurance-based therapy documentation and compliance requirements. Knowledge of multidisciplinary and collaborative therapy approaches. Experience working in outpatient therapy settings. Enthusiasm for professional development and staying updated on industry advancements.
