The Clinical Therapist, supervised by the Clinical Director or designee, collaborates with program managers, coordinators, and staff. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, consultation, care coordination, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and conducting individual, group, or family therapy. The role functions as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services, potentially leading mental health or substance use specialists. Masters Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related health field, with graduate studies in these areas. Up to two (2) years of experience in behavioral health working with SMI/SUD/COD adults. New Mexico Licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT). Thorough knowledge of community resources. Ability to establish positive relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, and community members. Computer literacy for maintaining compliance with BHSD standards. Valid NM Driver's License, clean driving record, and auto insurance. Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural (English/Spanish) preferred.
