Individuals in this position are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care activities in accordance with OSUMC standards to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality care. The RN must demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for patients on the assigned unit. This includes understanding growth and development principles, assessing patient data, and interpreting information to meet individual patient needs based on their age. The RN is also responsible for developing, modifying, and implementing care plans in line with OSUMC policies, while adhering to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Qualifications
Education: 2-year Associate Degree License: OK RN BLS Certification Experience: 1-2 years Additional Information
