An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support within a K-12 school environment in Hemet, CA. This contract position spans the full school year (CSY) and is ideal for candidates with certifications and experience across healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school-based speech-language services.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to K-12 students
Provide direct speech-language intervention both in-person and through teletherapy platforms
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintain detailed documentation for compliance and progress tracking
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience working in healthcare settings as an SLP
Pediatric speech-language pathology expertise
Ability to deliver therapy via telepractice effectively
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
Prior experience in school-based speech-language pathology services (K-12)
Location Hemet, California; K-12 educational environment
