Overview

Speech-Language Pathologist – Travel Contract (Full Time) with Flagship Therapy. This role is part of the TheraTrooper program within Ensign affiliates, serving in 17 states: Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Responsibilities

Screen/evaluate patients in short-term and long-term rehab settings and opportunities for outpatient care. Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions within short- and long-term settings. Administer a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based on individual patient needs. Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders. Communicate effectively with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers. Provide comprehensive discharge summaries of services per regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels. Unique Highlights and Benefits
