We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Infusion / Clinical Pharmacist
to join a brand-new infusion branch in
North Charleston, SC . This is a
full-time, direct hire opportunity
offering competitive weekly pay, full benefits, and the chance to play a key role in launching a new facility that provides both home infusion services and on‑site infusions.

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About The Role As the Infusion / Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and appropriate delivery of pharmacy services to patients in an alternate care setting. You’ll collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Manager and other healthcare professionals to oversee compounding, dispensing, patient education, and compliance. This position includes participation in an on‑call rotation with additional compensation for call coverage and any after‑hours work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate pharmacy services in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
Evaluate patients' suitability for infusion therapy and develop individualized care plans.
Review and verify prescriptions, compound IV medications, and ensure proper storage and stability.
Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and assist with daily operations.
Communicate with prescribers, nurses, and patients to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Participate in on‑call rotation (every other week) with compensation for call duty and mileage reimbursement if required to return to the pharmacy.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with USP standards.
Support and collaborate in the training of pharmacy staff and students as needed.
Required Qualifications
Active South Carolina Pharmacist License (RPh or PharmD) in good standing.
Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute‑care experience or one (1) year of recent home infusion experience.
Strong working knowledge of IV admixture services and intravenous therapy.
Proven ability to manage and monitor drug therapy in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computer systems, preferably CareTend (or similar).
Preferred Skills
Experience in a new or growing pharmacy branch setting.
Pharmacokinetic dosing and nutrition support experience.
Supervisory or leadership experience within a pharmacy team.
