Safely operate a company vehicle to transport individuals between healthcare facilities, residences, and community settings. Assist individuals entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort at all times. Provide assistance to individuals with limited mobility, including the use of safety equipment when needed. Complete and maintain accurate transport logs, including mileage, trip details, and service times. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure vehicles are in proper working order. Communicate effectively with dispatch, transportation coordinators, clinical staff, and patients. Follow all company driving policies and safety protocols. This position requires driving for extended periods and assisting individuals with varying mobility levels. May involve exposure to various weather conditions and community settings. Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record At least 21 years of age Prior experience in patient transport, healthcare, or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques Ability to safely lift and assist individuals as needed The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment What We Offer
