Shift differentials: $2/hr shift differential (Monday–Thursday nights) $3/hr shift differential (Friday–Sunday nights) $2/hr shift differential (Saturday–Sunday days)

Responsibilities What you’ll do:
Manage and maintain safety of individuals and staff, taking vitals and assisting with needs while on the unit.
Document services and significant interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Conduct security screening and inventory property of individuals upon admission.
Provide orientation to Observation Unit & Short‑Term Inpatient Unit; educate patients on rights and rules.
De‑escalate escalated individuals using therapeutic techniques; perform restraints/seclusions when needed; complete 1‑to‑1 in seclusion or mechanical restraints.
Lift, move, and transport individuals using proper body mechanics or lifting devices.
Assist with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring).
Conduct and document vitals; report questionable results to RN/Physician; document BAL, urine drug screens, urine pregnancy tests.
Attend court‑ordered hearings when subpoenaed; be willing to testify.
Maintain cleanliness of facility and assigned unit; perform light cleaning and laundry of soiled linen.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications What you’ll bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health, social services, or related field.
Ability to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
All applicants must be fully vaccinated as per company policy.
It would be great if you had:
Certified training (Safe Clinch, CPR, First Aid, therapeutic options, etc.).
Completion of CNA or Patient Care Tech program.
Two years of experience in behavioral health.
Completion of BHT certification.
