Location: Olympia, WA 98506 Healthcare Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: October 7, 2025 End Date: January 6, 2026 Shift: Day shifts, 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour (07:00 - 19:30) Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1650 - $1770 Employment Type: Travel Nursing Charting System: EPIC Patient Ratios: 1:5 (Days/Nights), may vary by unit Floating: Required between like units within skill set Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or Compact state Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience BCLS certification required ACLS, MAB, and NIHSS certifications preferred Telemetry nursing experience required Charge Nurse experience preferred Proficiency with EPIC charting system Ability to float between units as needed Weekend availability required First-time travel nurses and pending licenses accepted (quick starts preferred) Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry units Float between hospital units based on patient care needs and within your clinical skill set Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, manage dysrhythmias, and provide timely interventions Implement isolation precautions and manage patients on nasal cannula oxygen therapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV, Physical Therapy, Respiratory, and Pharmacy Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic health records Participate in rapid response teams and support patient safety initiatives Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced hospital environment Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
