About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and culturally responsive
Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
licensed in
Virginia
to provide
virtual speech and language therapy services
to students across partnering school districts. This full-time, remote position allows you to deliver therapy in both
English and Spanish , supporting diverse learners and helping every student build essential communication and language skills through engaging, interactive teletherapy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals.
Conduct approximately
2–3 evaluations per month
using approved online assessment tools.
Maintain therapy schedules, progress reports, and accurate data tracking.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support inclusive communication outcomes.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal documentation standards.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
Active Virginia SLP License
through the
Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology .
Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) Certification
required.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Fluency in both
English and Spanish
required.
Prior teletherapy and bilingual service experience strongly preferred.
Schedule:
Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Setting:
100% Remote (school-based services delivered virtually)
Caseload:
K–12 (assignments vary by district)
Evaluations:
~2–3 per month
Contract:
2025–2026 School Year
Start Date:
August 2025 or sooner
