Clinician – Stetson School (Seven Hills Foundation Affiliate)
Salary Range:
$64,160 – $79,160 annually Sign-On Bonus:
$7,500 for Clinicians (limited time only—through November 15th 2025!)
Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program in Barre, MA serving youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are currently hiring dedicated Clinicians to join our team.
Position Details Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility in work hours and the ability to work from home as needed
Population: Youth ages 9–22 with complex trauma, problem sexual behaviors, and other high-risk behaviors
Role: Provide individual and family therapy, treatment planning, and clinical oversight as part of a multidisciplinary team
At Stetson, we take pride in assessing and understanding complex trauma and its impact on youth, families, and communities. Our clinical work directly shapes treatment interventions and promotes healing and growth.

Required Qualifications Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling psychology, or marriage and family therapy. Licensed or license-eligible.

Must successfully pass criminal background checks, including DCF abuse and neglect, sex offender registry, and federal fingerprinting.
