Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication‑assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs. Position: Clinical Therapist
Job Summary Assisting individuals recovering from addiction or mental health challenges by providing specialized clinical services. This position reports to a Clinical Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services within scope of practice and as privileged by supervisor.
Complete crisis and safety plans, treatment plans, service notes, transition and discharge plans, forms, and other required reports in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and complete clinical records for each client, following quality improvement and billing standards.
Assist in program development and planning as assigned.
Respond to requests for clinical information on clients in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional licensing standards.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) and communicate only within the scope of practice and professional licensing standards.
Remain informed about community resources, educate clients, and refer as needed to meet client needs, including activating case management or CPST services when appropriate.
Collaborate and coordinate with other service providers to promote integrated and holistic care.
Respond to community professionals in a timely manner.
Promote progressive pro‑social interventions, fostering client connectedness, community involvement, and positive reinforcement strategies.
Adopt a person‑centered, strength‑based, and culturally sensitive approach to client engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.
Active license (LCDC II/LCDC III/LSW/LPC/LICDC/LISW/LPCC).
Must pass BCI check, all corporate compliance checks, and an employment drug screen.
Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation Ranges
$50,000 – $57,500 (LCDC II & LCDC III)
$60,000 – $67,500 (Bachelor’s LSW)
$65,000 – $72,500 (LPC, Masters LSW, LICDC, & LICDC‑CS)
$70,000 – $80,000 (LISW & LPCC)
$75,000 – $83,500 (LPCC‑S & LISW‑S)
Compensation is dependent on licensure and years of experience.
