What You Will Do: Perform support tasks in the Radiology department under the direction of a Registered Technologist to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient imaging operations.
Assist technologists with patient positioning and exam preparation
Transport patients to and from Radiology while adhering to all BRGMC policies
Promote positive interactions with patients, staff, and medical professionals
Maintain communication with patient care units and assist with departmental flow
Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of transport equipment and exam areas
Manage linen distribution and oxygen supply needs, reporting equipment issues promptly
Support safety practices by adhering to infection control, patient identification, and HIPAA policies
Perform lifting services, attend required meetings, and carry out additional support duties as needed
