Position Details

Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (8 hours/day) Setting: Outpatient or Inpatient Rehab (varies by facility) Status: Full-time contract (40 hours/week) Start Date: ASAP or upon availability Pay: Competitive weekly compensation based on experience

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and function Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

Active Colorado Physical Therapist License Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program BLS certification (AHA preferred) Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience preferred Professional, organized, and patient-focused
