PRN Physical Therapist Consistent Hours Ft. Worth TX — Join Continuum Rehab Group. We are seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN/consistent hours to support Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas. This role offers flexible scheduling with a focus on high-quality patient care and collaborative clinical practice. Base pay and about the role
Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $62.00/hr Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. If you are passionate about providing exemplary patient care, building effective rehab programs to enhance patients’ recovery and quality of life, and want to be part of a dynamic and clinically driven team, this could be the perfect position for you. Experience/Qualifications
Must have graduated from an accredited university and have a valid (or in process) license in the appropriate state. This position is open to therapists at all experience levels. Duties and responsibilities
Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions. Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services. Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards. Equal Opportunity
