Responsibilities
Demonstrate laboratory expertise with biologic assays aimed at drug development including monoclonal antibodies (mAb), antibody‑drug conjugates (ADC) and T‑Cell Engagers (TCE) platforms.
Proficient in cell culture techniques, ELISA, flow cytometry (antibody selection, method optimization, analysis) and maintain multiple cell lines simultaneously (≈2–10).
Perform functional antibody screening and profiling (tumor cell signaling assays, internalization, tumor cell killing assays, cytokine release assays).
Conduct potential drug candidate evaluation in both in vitro (PK/PD, receptor occupancy, density, cytokine release) and ex vivo assays (tumor isolation, analysis of blood cells).
Design and execute studies to select and deliver potential drug candidates.
Communicate results at project team meetings and coordinate/prep presentations as needed.
Job Requirements
MS in Molecular/Cellular Biology or related field with 1+ years of lab experience, preferably pharma. BS with 3+ years of lab experience outside of academia also considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, GraphPad Prism, Spotfire, Benchling.
Team player mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative with cross‑functional teams (structural biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics).
Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, adaptable in a fast‑paced multidisciplinary environment.
